Product Description

by Dr. Batya L. Ludman

Do you say what you mean and mean what you say?

How do you get your child to listen, live with your teenager and not turn gray overnight, love your lover, succeed in marriage, deal with illness and aging, comfort the bereaved, and cope with terror and war?

Life is a journey. Whether you are content with where you are, or you are ready to take a detour, the choices you make along the way have a tremendous impact on just how successful and self-fulfilled you are as you attempt to pursue your own happiness, put meaning into your life and complete your journey.

In Life’s Journey: Exploring Relationships, Resolving Conflicts you’ll find answers to some thought-provoking questions, get expert advice and have the opportunity to do some homework as you explore issues with the premise that, as an active participant, you can engender change and become the person you’d like to be.

Topics include managing stress, communicating effectively, pro-active parenting, eating disorders, dealing with anger, coping with depression, trauma recovery, facing fear, internet addiction, and the loss of a loved one.
