We are an ecommerce enterprise since 1998. We go to great lengths to make the shopping as personal as possible by housing a skilled staff of experienced sales people to assist you over the phone with any of your questions.
We have a customer service representative available to answer your questions by phone, Sunday-Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST) and Friday 9:00 am - 2:00 (EST) pm by calling 1-347-766-6022 or using our toll free number, 1-866-463-4672.
Additionally, we have representatives available to answer your questions via email at email@example.com. We try to answer your questions as soon as possible. Due to our high email volume sometimes it may take up to 48 hours.

Q: What can I do if I'm dissatisfied with an item?
A: You can exchange or return an item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
If the error is ours, we will absorb the shipping costs.

Q: Do you accept Checks or Money Orders?
A: If you would like to pay by check simply choose "Mail order / Bank Check" as the payment method when you get the billing information page. Remember, we can only ship your order after the check has cleared our bank.
Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A: Yes we do ship internationally on a daily basis. You can place international orders on our website.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Regular in stock items sent in the 48 States typically arrive within 2 to 8 business days from the time we receive your order. We do ask for a day or 2 to process any order even when you select express shipping, so if you absolutely need that order immediately please contact us first so we will make sure we get it out right-a-way.
Our Website is vast, many times you will find a book that is 'out of print'. We apologize for the inconvenience but the publisher does not notify us when a book is out of print. Very often we are made aware of it by, you, the customer. If a book is ordered that is out of print, when we attempt to acquire it from the publisher we are notified of its status. However, many times even if a book is out of print, we try our best to locate that book for you. In such a case shipping your order will be delayed.
Special items that need personalization of any kind may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to deliver.
Q: Can I include a Gift card to my order, and do you Gift Wrap?
A: I am sorry we do not Gift wrap, If you are have a message that you would like to convey to a recipient we will include a Gift card.
We do not include an invoice with the package.

We ship globally at the most competitive rates.
Oversized or overweight packages are subject to additional charges or we will split the order in two separate packages.
If you feel that the shipping fee may be too high for the order you placed, please contact us, we will look into the matter and if you are correct we will adjust the shipping fee.
Standard Ground: Fed Ex & USPS
USPS: Priority Mail - 3-8 business days (recommended for rural addresses).
3 Day Select: Fed Ex - guaranteed 3 days in transit.
2 Day Air: Fed Ex - Guaranteed 2 days in transit.
Next Day Air: Fed Ex - Guaranteed 1 day in transit.
International Shipping: USPS
We reserve the right to charge additional if the address is in a rural area.
Shipping out of the US
Orders shipped outside the US are subject to applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. The recipient must pay any additional charges that may be needed for customs clearance. Nehora.com has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

We work hard to bring you the finest Judaica collection, if you are not happy with an item you received you can return any unused item for exchange or money back within 30 days of receiving the order. Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
If you received a damaged or wrong item you are responsible to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the items. We will then issue you an RMA# and you may proceed with the return.
Returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery
Please e-mail us your order number, the name on the order, the reason for the return and any information about damages to request a Return Authorization Number and Return Instructions
Any items returned without a return authorization, will be assessed a 15% restock & added handling fee.
Shipping Back to Us?
Upon return of the merchandise in New, Undamaged & Unused Condition, including original packaging (carton, wrapping, labels, tags, and manuals). We will refund you the total less the original shipping and handling. We cannot accept returns on merchandise you have used, or
* Items that were personalized such as Kippot, embroidered items, all Rings and personalized jewelry etc. cannot be returned nor exchanged.
Seasonal items can only be returned and delivered to our warehouse before the start of that season or Holiday; otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Prior to returning any item you must contact us via-email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization number (RMA#). Please place the RMA# on the package.
Nehora.com will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
